Her most recent focus has been on providing lease administration services to corporate clients, including lease abstracting, rent payment, budgeting and financial reporting as well as financial analysis of corporate leasing options, both locally and nationwide. Lynne began her real estate career in the property management group at Capital Properties.
Lynne is an active member of CREW Boston (Commercial Real Estate Women Boston), an organization focused on providing a forum for networking and professional development to women in all real estate disciplines throughout the Greater Boston area, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Lynne serves on the Community Involvement Committee of CREW Boston and as a social media liaison with the organization’s Communications Committee.
In addition to her work with CREW Boston, Lynne is an active volunteer in the community. She is currently a member of the Advisory Board for The Salvation Army of Greater Lawrence, a financial literacy coach with Budget Buddies and the YWCA and an ardent supporter of Citizen Schools where she has served as a Citizen Teacher and a member of the host committee for the organization’s annual fundraising gala.
When asked why she wanted to be involved in the Citizen Advisory Committee of LawrenceTBD and the Lawrence Redevelopment Authority, she responded, “It would give me the opportunity to utilize some of my professional experience for community service work.” Lynne further elaborated. “I believe that Lawrence has been sitting at the crossroads of its vibrant historical past and its future for too long. I would find it satisfying and exciting to be part of the planning process that would help move Lawrence forward and build upon the changes that have been occurring over the last few years.”
